QUALIVEST CAPITAL MANAGEMENT

Originally established in 1972 as the investment division of U.S. Bank's Trust Group, Qualivest Capital Management became incorporated as a separate subsidiary in 1984. They now manage over $8 billion in customer assets, including those found in individual investment accounts, trust and estate accounts, employee benefit plans, and individual retirement accounts.

Qualivest's expertise is sought by many types of investors, including individuals, large and small corporations, and other institutions, all seeking high-quality investment management services. Qualivest takes all these relationships very seriously and have managed the investments of each according to the same principles and ideals that have guided them for over 23 years.

Qualivest also manages the Qualivest family of mutual funds. These funds are a rapidly growing part of their overall business, and now represent over $1.5 billion of the more than $8 billion in total assets managed. There are nine separate mutual funds in the Qualivest fund family, ranging from aggressive equity funds to conservative money market funds. Features like daily pricing of shares in the newspapers, easy performance comparisons with other funds and investments, convenience, and other overall versatility of mutual funds have made them the vehicle of choice of many of U.S. Bank's investment clients.
